Trust God

Topic for today: Standing Still to See God's Salvation: Exodus 14:10-14, Psalm 46:1-11

When the Israelites faced the Red Sea with Pharaoh's army behind them, they felt trapped and hopeless. Yet God was already working on their behalf, preparing a path they couldn't yet see. In our lives, we often face situations that seem impossible. Like the Israelites, we're tempted to panic or give up. Today's readings remind us to "stand still and see the salvation of the Lord." What situation are you facing that seems to hard to overcome, or seems like you just cant break free from? Instead of focusing on the problem, turn your eyes to God.
